Diagnosis Process
Problem: In staffing learning projects across the learning team, it became apparent that the correct information was not consistently being collected prior to design and development of a learning solution.
Solution: Develop a process to ensure thorough diagnosis of newly identified projects are completed across the learning team. By developing a process to outline ways in which to engage with stakeholders as well as providing a template for a final deliverable of the diagnosis phase gives members of the team the tools that they need to conduct a thorough diagnosis.
Impact: External departments have a clear understanding of what to expect at the start of a learning project and there is a standardization of high quality across the department.
